Celebrating Sexuality Course
I'm so excited to share this with you.
I've been working on an online coaching course to teach the skill and practice of sexual confidence — and it's finally here.
My self-paced Celebrating Sexuality Course is designed for gay men from religious and conservative backgrounds, but everyone is welcome to join.
This course guides you through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment where you'll challenge personal myths, explore desire and pleasure, and cultivate confidence in your own sexuality.

I wanted to create a coaching platform that was accessible, engaging, and meeting of where you are. By creating and cultivating this course, I want to help you create balance within your sexuality — however that authentically and genuinely looks for you.
For those of us who were raised religiously or derive from conservative backgrounds, cultures, communities, families, etc., we can often have an imbalanced relationship with sex as a result. For some of us, this looks like a fear of sex and sexual expression, leading to personal dissatisfaciton where we feel shame of our sexuality when we do engage with it. For others, an imbalanced sexual relationship can look like hypersexualization to a point of causing disruption within our daily life and the way we view ourselves.
In developing this course as a tool and resource for you, I wanted to offer a structured path for learning our own sexual perspectives and beliefs. From here, you can practice self-acceptance, self-confidence, and self-celebration to honor your authentic sexuality as an important aspect of your humanity — and I’ll teach you how to do this.
