Sex has historically been a tricky concept for me.
Growing up with religious and conservative values, I believed that sex and sexual expression were deeply shameful.
As I began exploring my gay identity, I struggled with my beliefs, leading to dangerous sexual experiences, a lack of self-trust, and disconnection from my body.
However, by unlearning these unhelpful messages, respecting my body and sexuality, and cultivating safe spaces for pleasure, I developed a new, empowered relationship with sex.
I created this course to provide you with a guided opportunity to safely explore your own sexuality in a celebratory manner, while healing from messages that no longer serve you.
