The inspiring winds of change

Life is constant growth and continual evolution.

I’ve been helping people in the professional coaching space for 10 years. It’s been an absolute honor of mine, and I still very much recognize, believe, and understand that I’m in the space that’s meant for me.

I’m a purpose person, meaning I always need to be connected to “my reason why” — I need to know that, each and every day, every action I take is in alignment with the reason I believe I’m here on this planet at this point in time.

And I believe I’m here to help people feel better, to support people through life’s challenges, and to help soften the stress, difficulty, and challenge that life can often bring.

I created my coaching practice because I have a clear vision that I can’t achieve by working for anyone else. I recognize that part of coaching is telling my story, and no one can tell my story other than myself.

And if I’m going to succeed in providing the support that I want to be providing to people, then I need to be completely aligned with myself, my mission, and my values.

I’m grateful to have two incredible business coaches who are my biggest cheerleaders (Tamara and Eric) — I cannot recommend them enough, so go check them out if you’re in need of business support.

Over the past few weeks, they’ve helped me to get really fucking real about my work. I’m grateful to have been doing this for a decade already, and now is the time to start kicking it up a notch and taking it to the next level. I’m getting ready for my 30s to begin next month, I’ve reflected on the personal learning experiences I’ve had throughout my 20s, and I’ve learned what I’ve needed to learn along the way to allow for all of the pieces to come together, aligning this moment and the next steps in my coaching practice.

I’m finally embracing the space of recognizing my own value. I understand the needs that are present within the communities I want to serve and support, and I know that I have an important place in helping to reduce the stressors our communities face.

I’m excited for y’all to join in the revolution and evolution, both of which stem from a place of deep compassion for the mental health and well-being of gay men, LGBTQIA+ folks, and all people worldwide.

Let’s fuckin’ go,
Kevin
